  • c) HongKong Air Post is a newly-added shipping service Marcmart supports. Unlike other shipping terms, it does not charge according to a fixed weight or volume range. It favors light packages less that about 2kg. The lighter the item is, the less user pays. Users track their packages on Hong Kong Post website and wait 7 to 25 days for delivery.

 

4) What is EMS? 


EMS (Express Mail Service) is a traceable service of China Post. It has been cooperating with postal service of other countries such as USPS and Parcel Force. As a result, you can track the package on its partner website for more details.

Hello. I chose the economic delivery for my first order. Now I want to make another order but to choose another way of delivery (the faster one). I tried to do it during the shopping flow, but my attempts failed. How and where can I change the delivery way?
