Shipping Costs
 

We don't believe in expensive flat rate shipping costs: to make it fairer for you, we calculate shipping costs according to the weight of the product. Prices can be found on each product's page. If a product is particularly fragile or valuable, we only offer EMS,UPS, DHL or Fedex shipping.

Insurance

DHL parcels are automatically insured, however, in line with standard courier practice we ask you to check the package contents before signing. If you do not do so we cannot be held liable for damage that occurred in transit

Customs and Duties

For small orders of low cost items it is highly unlikely there will be an import charge, although we cannot guarantee this. In the event of a parcel being stopped by customs we do not take responsibility for any charges incurred.
