About Superboot(bios):
Superboot need to be writen to SD card to use.
Superboot support install and run the OS directly,don't need USB line, and it's very fast for installing. Average 1.8M/s
- Linux: 125M,writen only need70 sec
- WindowsCE6: 45M,writen only need 25 sec
- Android: 80M, writen only need 45 sec
- Ubuntu: 800M,copy to SD directly
- UserBin: Bare metal process, or simple single file system image, such as uCos, RT-Thread, etc.; can be programmed to Nand,
you can also specify in the configuration file load address to run directly.

About SD card writing software:
An empty SD card can't start the board .You need to use a software to write the BIOS into SD card first.And this writen BIOS can't be seen in computer directly.
We provide the software SD-Flasher.exe to make the writing.This software is more powerful than IROM_SD_Fusing_tool.exe
Install WindowsCE system:
In fact , This board come with WindowsCE system.But you can install again:
Step1: copy "images"folder to SD card ; Double clip "images\FriendlyARM.ini" file; Find "OS=Linux", change it to "OS=CE6”, save the change and take out the SD card and put it to the board.
Step2: Set the S2 switch to "SDBOOT" and insert the SD card
Step3: Turn on the board
Step4: wait until the system is successfully writen, About 20 sec.
Step5: Set the S2 switch to "NAND" set up. Restart the system.Everythink is OK.
Install Android system:
Step1: insert SD card to computer. ; Double clip "images\FriendlyARM.ini" file
Step2: Find ""OS=CE6” change to OS=Android, save the change and take out the SD card to the board
Step3: Turn on the board ,wait until the system is successfully writen, About 50 sec.
Step4: Set the S2 switch to "NAND" set up. Restart the system.Everythink is OK
Install Linux system:
Step1: insert SD card to computer.; Double clip "images\FriendlyARM.ini" file;
Step2: Find ""OS=Android” change to OS=Linux, save the change and take out the SD card to the board
Step3: Turn on the board ,wait until the system is successfully writen, About 50 sec.

Install Ubuntu system:
Ubuntu is too large(500MB).So no need to write it to SD card. We can run it directly.
Step1: insert SD card to computer. Double clip "images\FriendlyARM.ini" file.
Step2: Find”OS=Linux”,change it to”OS=Ubuntu”,;find”Action=Install”,change it to”Action=Run”;save change take the SD card to the board.
Step3: turn on and run Ubuntu
